Cada uno de los relatos es distinto al anterior, sorprende de una manera nueva, asombra por otras razones. Cada crueldad porque el título hace justicia- tiene un sabor diferente. Es fascinante cómo la autora juega con el lector ofreciéndole una realidad solo para, poco después, romperle los esquemas e introducirlo en un mundo en el que nada es lo que parece.
